Asilah is a town on Morocco's Atlantic coast, south of Tangier. It's old town, medina, is enclosed by well-preserved 15th century ramports and gates.

It's an art hub known for the murals and Moussem Cultural International d' Asilah annual festival.

Has white streets , lots of pretty doorways, sea views, and lots of artistic expression. Visited an Argan Oil store and received a nice presentation of their products.

The Black Madonna is sometimes referred to by other names, including 'The Virgin of Montserrat' and 'La Moreneta'. The statue sits behind a sheet of glass. However, one of her hands that is holding a sphere (which symbolises the universe) is not behind the glass. It is tradition for you to kiss or touch the Virgin's hand whilst opening out your other hand to Jesus.

The Sant Pau Recinte Modernista

(Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site) in Barcelona, Spain, is the largest Art Nouveau complex in the world. Designed by the renowned Catalan architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner, it was built between 1905 and 1930 as a revolutionary "garden city" hospital and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Basílica de la Sagrada Família

Basílica i Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família, or simply Sagrada Família, is a Catholic church under construction in the Eixample district of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Designed by Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, it is the tallest church in the world.

The Sagrada Família is a one-of-a-kind temple, for its origins, foundation and purpose. Fruit of the work of genius architect Antoni Gaudí, the project was promoted by the people for the people. Five generations now have watched the Temple progress in Barcelona.

Today, more than 140 years after the laying of the cornerstone, construction continues on the Basilica.
